Check Your Eligibility
Ensure your shades are in their original packaging with all tags attached and show no signs of extreme legendary behavior or damage.
Initiate the Portal
Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, slap it on the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location to get those Vipers back to the pit.
Get Paid or Swapped
Once our team inspects your gear, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
